"Be assured that the grace of eternal salvation for certain souls in their final moment depends upon your prayer" St Faustina

Begin with Our Father... Hail Mary .. The Apostles Creed

On the five large beads say:

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son,our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and the sins of the world

On the ten small beads say:

For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Conclude with (3x) 

 Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us, on the whole world and on the Suffering Souls in Purgatory

"Only we can come to the aid of the souls in Purgatory" 

Divine Mercy - Saving and Healing

 

"I promise that the soul that will venerate this image will not perish".

 

Divine Mercy Reaches Human Beings Through The Heart of Christ Crucified.

  

Jesus I Trust In You

 

From that heart Sr Faustina Kowalska, will see two rays of light shining and illuminating the world: 

 

"The two rays", Jesus himself explained to her one day, "represent blood and water" (Diary  p.132). 

 

The pale ray stands for the Water which makes souls righteous.

 

The red ray stands for the Blood which is the life of souls.

 

"These two rays issued forth from the very depths of My tender mercy when My agonized Heart was opened by a lance on the Cross."

 

 

Each person is precious in God's eyes;

 

 

To them the gentle face of Christ is offered;

 

Those rays from His Heart:

 

Touch them and Shine upon them,

 

Warm them,

 

Show them the way

 

and 

 

Fill them with Hope.

 

How many souls have been consoled by the prayer

 

 

"Jesus I Trust In You"

 

This simple act of abandonment to Jesus dispels the thickest clouds and lets a ray of light penetrate every life.

Grace of Conversion

 

Jesus said:

Call upon My Mercy on behalf of sinners;

I desire their salvation.

When you say this prayer with a contrite heart and with faith on behalf of some sinner,

I will give that person the grace of conversion

This is the prayer:

"O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a Fount of Mercy for Us, I Trust in You! (Diary 187)

 

Last Gasp

 

At the hour of their death, I defend as my own glory every soul that will say this Chaplet

Or 

When others say it for a dying person the indulgence is the same.

 

Let us pray the Chaplet for whatever soul is about to die in mortal sin.

 

Let us pray that this soul may be granted, by the mercy of God, the grace of Final Repentance Unto Salvation

 

Pray the Chaplet for the dying and the Lord will save them.

 

Pray the Chaplet every day and help save a soul.

 

When a soul sees and realizes the gravity of its sins, when the whole abyss of the misery into which it immersed itself is displayed before its eyes,

 

let it not despair, but with trust let it throw itself into my arms of Mercy, as a child into the arms of its beloved mother.

 

These souls have a right of priority to My Compassionate Heart, they have first access to My Mercy.

 

Tell them no soul that has  called upon My Mercy has been disappointed or brought to shame.

 

I delight particularly in a soul which has placed its trust in My Mercy and Goodness.
